EATON, Ohio WDTN - Three suspects were caught in the act of burglarizing a Preble County home Friday, said Preble County Sheriff Michael Simpson.
Deputies were called to the 11000 State Route 122 South around 8:40 a.m. after a neighbor called 911 to report a burglary in progress.
Arriving in the area, deputies stopped a pickup truck and detained a female passenger and the driver.
Another deputy checking the residence found a suspect on the back porch.
The investigation lead to the arrest of Harold R. Huffman, 55, Brittany Warndorf, 21, and William J. Miller, 26, all from Gratis.
All three suspects are currently being held in the Preble County Jail.
