EATON., Ohio (WDTN) - Nearly a quarter ton of marijuana was pulled from the ground in a recent eradication sweep in Preble County.
The Preble County Sheriff's Office and agents from the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, conducted the marijuana eradication during the last week of August.
A total of 348 plants were seized throughout the county over a two day period.
Deputies estimate the street value of the plants seized at a minimum of $348,000.
