PREBLE CO., Ohio (WDTN) - Two people were injured in an explosion in Preble County Monday afternoon.
The CareFlight helicopter was called to the scene to remove an 18-year old man from the scene.
Fire crews responded to 10313 Freemont Street in West Sonora just north of Lewisburg around 5:00 pm.
The Sheriff's Department says fireworks triggered the explosion, but they're uncertain yet exactly how it happened.
Both victims suffered multiple lacerations. There conditions are unknown.
The investigation continues.
