EATON, Ohio (WDTN) - A murder suspect wanted out of Kentucky was arrested in Preble County Sunday.
Sheriff Mike Simpson told 2 NEWS his deputies tracked 30-year-old Arthur Quigley to a friend's house at 450 North Main Street in Eldorado.
He was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held in the Preble County Jail where he is awaiting extradition back to Ky.
Simpson's office was contacted Sunday by the Russell, Ky. police department requesting assistance in locating Quigley in connection to a killing that took place in Russell last week.
Simpson said Quigley is originally from Preble County and has family in the area.
