DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire in Dayton early Tuesday morning.
The flames broke out just before 1 a.m. in the 200 block of Hawker Street.
When fire crews arrived they discovered flames had taken over two vacant homes.
Fire officials said they also found a trash can on fire down the street. They put those flames out too.
Arson investigators were on the scene.
We're told the city of Dayton will now have to knock down both houses.
