DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dozens gathered at Dewey's Pizza Sunday afternoon for a lesson on making pizza to benefit A Special Wish Foundation.
Jacob Rister was diagnosed with leukemia in July 2012. He is in remission now and was granted a wish by the Special Wish Foundation.
To help send Jacob to Disney World with his family, Dewey's helped put on a fundraiser for A Special Wish Foundation.
Folks took a $25 class in the kitchen, learning to toss and top their own pizza creations under the direction of Dewey's staff.
One hundred percent of the proceeds raised benefit Jacob and A Special Wish Foundation.
