DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Three men were indicted Thursday for the brutal rape of a Dayton woman.
James Graham, David Luther and Darnell Woods are formally charged with rape and kidnapping. Graham and Woods also face aggravated robbery charges.
Dayton police say two of the suspects forced two women into an alley in the area of Main Street and Norman Avenue on July 16.
They forced them to undress and empty their purses.
One woman was let go when a third suspect arrived and raped the second victim.
The woman provided police with a detailed account of what happened and was a crucial element to the trio's arrests.
All three are in the Montgomery County Jail.
