HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - A Miami Valley man was arrested Monday in Huber Heights by the U.S. Marshal's SOFAST task force on 10 outstanding felony sex crime charges.
Jimmie C. Allen, Jr., was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on five counts of rape and five counts of gross sexual imposition.
He is scheduled to appear before a judge Tuesday morning.
