RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County prosecutors have approved charges against three people in connection with a weekend homicide in Riverside .
Gary Webb, Jr., Jacob Gipson, and Jamie Grachek are all charged with two counts of murder, one count felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of burglary.
Investigators said the trio went to the the victim's home Sunday night and attempted to rob him. During that encounter, police said the victim, John Grachek, was shot and killed.
Grachek is the estranged husband of Jamie Grachek, one of the suspects.
Officials said each of the suspects faces life in prison if found guilty.
