Bradley Burns was supposed to be sentenced in Montgomery County, but the judge granted a continuance so his lawyer can further prepare.
Burns pleaded no contest to abduction in September. He was found guilty in the home invasion.
The victim said he was bound with duct tape while cash and electronics were stolen from his home in Harrison Township.
Burns faces three years in prison.
