KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - The Barnhart quadruplets celebrated their first birthday at Kettering Medical Center's NICU reunion Sunday.
A reunion for all families of babies who spent time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit over the past year was held at the hospital Sunday afternoon.
The Barnhart children were the first quads to be born at Kettering Medical Center in 30 years. A team of 23 health care professionals helped deliver Ashlynn, Beau, Christian and Dakota on September 23, 2012.
The four were born to the parents of Amanda and Tom and they have an older brother who's four.
Amanda said the babies are on a strict schedule. Daily care for the quads includes 20 to 24 diaper changes, 16 bottles of baby formula, at least one load of laundry.
