MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - Potholes can take you by surprise and can do some serious damage to your car tires.
Montgomery County Engineer Paul Gruner said his crew has been on the lookout for potholes since our recent snowfall.
Gruner said they have not seen any major problem in Montgomery County. He says if you spot a pothole on a county road, report it to the county.
Gruner said in some cases the county will even reimburse drivers with damaged vehicles caused by potholes.
"If we've had a call and haven't fixed it, then we will. We have a system we put it into and we will compensate people in that situation," said Gruner.
