DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police arrested a homeowner after raiding his home on Ashwood Avenue.
The dog warden was originally serving a search warrant Saturday afternoon at the home on reports of a man not taking care of his dogs.
When the warden searched the home, he found weapons as well as marijuana.
Police were then called to the scene and took the 69-year-old homeowner into custody. He will be charged with possession of marijuana and animal cruelty.
