DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man was shot and killed Thursday by a team of FBI agents serving a search warrant on his home in the 100 block of Samuel Street.
FBI agents and a Dayton Police officer arrived at the home of 43-year-old Fallacy Myers around 7 a.m. to serve a search warrant in connection to an ongoing child exploitation and money laundering investigation.
Sometime after 11 a.m., while the house was being searched, agents say Myers grabbed a knife and began stabbing himself. They say he refused repeated commands to drop the knife and lunged at an agent.
Other agents opened fire and killed Myers.
Police have blocked that area to traffic while the investigation continues.
