DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton police have identified a weekend homicide victim.
Brandon Shells, Jr., 18, was found Sunday afternoon in the 200 block of Boyer Street.
Police say he was shot in the head. His body was found lying between two homes.
Officers first responded to the address Saturday night to investigate shots fired, but did not find a victim.
Investigators say they are still working to connect the shots fired Saturday with the discovery of the body Sunday.
