DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The man accused in a fatal stabbing in Dayton appeared before a judge Tuesday.
Curtis Gray, 27, entered a not guilty plea on charges of murder and felonious assault.
Prosecutors said Gray killed Daniel Mooty on Quitman Street earlier in the month.
The judge set Gray's bond set at $1 million.
Police will be meeting with prosecutors in the "near future" to determine what charges a person of interest will face in connection with Tuesday's shooting in West Carrollton, officials there announced.
