DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police are investigating after they received multiple reports of robberies in downtown Dayton early Saturday morning, three which officers believe to be related.
Officers first responded to Ned Peppers Bar on East 5th Street on a robbery call.
Police said a local tow truck company spotted the robbery taking place behind the bar, followed the suspect's vehicle, and gave the information to officers. Police then stopped the suspect's car and made an arrest.
Officials said there were no weapons involved in the alleged robbery behind Ned Peppers.
Police also responded to three other robberies in the downtown area Saturday morning, all of which officers believe are related.
Officers said they're looking for two black males, one armed with a handgun.
Investigators are now looking into the three robberies.
Police stopped a person in Deeds Park whom they believed to have matched the description of one of the suspects. After questioning him, they determined he wasn't a suspect.
Police haven't made any arrests in these three robberies.
