DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Dayton Police Department is looking for a missing endangered teenager.
Alize Gullette, 17, is missing from her home at 113 Almond Avenue.
She was last seen on Friday, August 9. Her mother did not report her disappearance until August 13.
Police fear for her health. Her mother says she suffers from severe asthma and is in need of her medication.
Gullette is described as 5'5", 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
