DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A man accused of defrauding Miami Valley Hospital for a half million dollars in medical services was sentenced Wednesday.
Timothy Supick was found guilty of one count of theft and ordered to serve six months in jail, however he has already served all but eight days of that sentence.
He was also ordered to repay $36,000.
The judge indicated that due to the statute of limitations on theft cases, sentencing options for Supick were restricted.
