DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Friends and family gathered Saturday to remember a pregnant woman killed in a shooting in Dayton.
A prayer vigil was held for 27-year-old Da'Lyne Foster Saturday afternoon at Danner Avenue and West Stewart Street.
Foster died after being shot Wednesday, June 19 when a fight broke out between two groups at the Desoto Bass Courts on West Stewart Street.
According to police, she was an innocent bystander when the shots were fired.
Foster was almost to term with her pregnancy. Her son, Christopher Foster, was delivered via emergency C-section at Miami Valley Hospital.
Christopher is doing well and is being called a "miracle baby" by his family.
