DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man has been indicted for a June 19 fatal shooting.
Brandon Moxley, 24, is charged with aggravated murder in the death of 29-year-old Rodney Frost.
Police sad Frost was walking with his girlfriend to his Valerie Arms Drive apartment when Moxley approached and shot him.
Police caught up with Moxley at a Cincinnati bus station after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip of his whereabouts.
Moxley is currently be held in the Montgomery county Jail on a $750,000 bond.
He's scheduled to be arraigned July 16.
