DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man now faces 29 counts related to the sexual assault of three girls.
Michael Bohannon, 59, was indicted Monday by the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors say he had inappropriate sexual contact with three girls between the ages of six and eight years old.
They say he was a family friend to one of the victims. The victims are now between 12 and 13 years old, told police about the abuse.
Bohannon now faces two counts of importuning, sixteen counts of rape of a child under 10, four counts of rape of a child under 13 and seven counts of gross sexual imposition.
He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $750,000 bond. He set to be arraigned September 26.
