DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The second suspect involved in a Columbus crime spree is back in the city to face charges.
Columbus police picked up Devonere O'Shay, 17, in Dayton Tuesday morning.
He is now in the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center.
He and Nathaniel Brunner, 18, are accused of killing three people and shooting two others during a week long crime spree.
They were arrested in Dayton Saturday at a home on Wroe Avenue. Police say the home belongs to a relative of one of the suspects.
Both suspects are formally charged for the murder of a store clerk and man found shot dead on a sidewalk.
More charges are pending.
