VANDALIA, Ohio (WDTN) - A bank robber armed with a note robbed a Vandalia credit union Monday afternoon.
Police say a man in his 50s walked into the Mid USA Credit Union on West National Road around 1:30 pm.
They say he handed the teller a note that demanded cash and did get away with some.
Police say the man was wearing a green jacket and black Dayton Dragons hat at the time.
A K-9 unit searched the area for the suspect after he fled, but lost his scent a few blocks away.
