DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The 19 year old accused of raping a child at a Dayton church was indicted Friday on rape charges.
Investigators say Blake Cole sexually assaulted a five year old at Fort McKinley United Methodist Church on April 9.
An off duty deputy was working security at the church when he says he caught Cole with the child.
Blake remains in the Montgomery County Jail on $250,000 bond.
He's due back in court Tuesday, April 23.
