DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Centerville High School teacher has been indicted on three counts of sexual battery, the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney announced Wednesday.
Michael Weaver, 43, was arrested on Jan. 4, after a former student came forward with allegations she had a sexual relationship with Weaver while she was in high school.

Weaver, who teaches Government at Centerville, is set to be arraigned on the three felony charges on Valentine's Day.
