WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio (WDTN) - West Carrollton Police have ruled the death of an elderly woman a homicide.
Officers were called to 341 Windsor Court Monday night around 7:30 after the daughter of 81-year-old Edith King discovered her body and called 911.
During that call, the daughter told the 911 operator that she thought her mother's throat was cut.
Police said several items were missing from the home, including the King's car, a 2005 silver Hyundai Elantra with Ohio tags
Investigators said they could not locate any forced entry which could mean the victim knew her attacker.
