MIAMISBURG, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 NEWS has learned the investigation of body found near the railroad tracks by Upper River Road is being handled as a criminal matter.
Miamisburg Police said the body of 20 year-old Lisa Elizabeth Spinks was discovered about 2:45 Sunday afternoon.
Captain Ron Hess said they are questioning two people in connection to the case, but no one has been formally charged.
Spinks' family told 2 NEWS she was a good girl, who was never in any trouble. Spinks' grandmother said she left the house arouond 8:00 Saturday night and never returned home.
Police said they plan to meet with Prosecutors Tuesday afternoon and expect to release more information at that time.
