MIAMISBURG, Ohio (WDTN) - The Humane Society of Greater Dayton removed 48 cats from a home in Miamisburg Thursday.
The felines were taken from 1250 Lindsey Avenue to a temporary shelter.
Police discovered the situation after a neighbor called to complain.
There have been no charges filed so far.
The Humane Society is checking the health of the animals.
This year, they will help 13 families in need buy toys, clothing and other items.
