MIAMI TWP, Ohio (WDTN) - A 20-year-old man has died following Thursday's FBI-involved shooting at a Miami Township drive through beer store.
The Montgomery County Coroner's Office confirmed to 2 NEWS Jermaine C. Coleman Jr. was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Coleman was shot Thursday afternoon following an investigation that led FBI agents to the Beverage Palace on Kingsridge Drive, just South of the Dayton Mall.
Officials told 2 NEWS two other men involved are in custody.
Tyler Christian, 26, was arrested Thursday at the location of the shootout. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of obstructing justice.
The second man has been identified as Tobe McLarty.
Friday, FBI agents combed the scene as part of their investigation into the shooting. Agents could be seen measuring angles and combing the ground for clues. The vehicles involved in the shooting as well as those belonging to customers were still inside the drive through store.
2 NEWS' Rob Sneed spoke with Coleman's mother and cousin Friday. They tell WDTN no one contacted them about Jermaine's injuries or death until they received a phone call requesting identification confirmation from the coroner's office.
