TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) - Tipp City police have identified the man they said robbed a local bank.
Carl F. Kieffer, 49, of Spokane Wash., is accused of the Sept. 13 robbery of the New Carlisle Federal Bank.
Investigators told 2 NEWS Kieffer is a serial bank robber and is believed to be in the eastern third of the United States.
They said he was spotted as late as Monday, Oct. 7.
Kieffer is described as a thin male, over 6' 3", blue eyes, with a prominent mole on the left side if his cheek.
Kieffer is consider to be dangerous.
