BETHEL TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - More charges were filed Thursday against the owner of a Miami County horse rescue owner.
Shula Woodworth is now charged with 37 counts of animal cruelty. The Miami County Humane Society filed the criminal counts.
The new charges pile on top of zoning violations already filed.
More than 125 animals were seized from Woodworth's farm in Bethel Township in February.
Everything from horses to goats and pigs were put into foster care or were put into the care of the Ohio Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
