MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - A fatal farm accident is being investigated in Miami County.
The accident happened in the 3100 block of Dayton-Brandt Road, northwest of New Carlisle.
Rescuers say a crew was trying to pull a pipe out of a well using a forklift attachment on a tractor. Something apparently snapped. The victim was pinned under the fork lift. A tow truck had to be used to free the victim.
The victim's name has not been released.
