XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - The man accused of engaging in a gunfight with Xenia police is scheduled to appear in court today.
Earlier this month, Micah Tuck was charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of aggravated robbery.
Police say the 21-year-old robbed a Gamestop store, forced an employee to drive him away from the scene and then fired shots at officers.
Officers returned fire and wounded Tuck before he was taken into custody.
