XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - A Greene County grand jury formally charged the man accused in a shoot out with police officers in Xenia.
Micah Tuck, 21, is now charged with two counts of attempted aggravated murder, two counts of kidnapping and a count of aggravated robbery.
Police say Tuck robbed a Gamestop store at gunpoint, then forced an employee to drive him to Colorado Drive near Wyoming Drive.
Police caught up to him there. Tuck is accused of firing at the officers as they chased him. Officers returned fire, striking Tuck.
Tuck is in jail awaiting his next court appearance.
