Fairborn, Ohio (WDTN) - A third suspect has pled guilty in connection to a fatal home invasion in Fairborn.
Tavaughn Lewis pled to involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery where one of the accomplices in the incident was killed by one of the men who lived in the home.
Lewis, along with Deron McGuire, Anthony Barwick, London Normal, and Ta'Vaun Fambrough entered the home at 1006 Victoria Ave. in January where investigators said they planned to rob the occupants.
During an ensuing struggle, Trent Seitz, who lived in the house, was ordered to the floor. He called out for his roommate, Christopher Muse, who told police that he grabbed a gun and fired at the men.
Fambrough, 19, was shot in the chest and later died at the hospital. Barwick was treated and released from the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
McGuire and Barwick have already pled guilty.
