FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - Officials believe a sleepy driver is to blame for a two car accident in Fairborn.
Crews rushed to the area of State Route 4 and Adams Road after 10:30 a.m. Saturday
Officials said a 21-year-old driving a maroon Oldsmobile was driving home from work on State Route 4 when he lost control, crossed the median, and struck another car.
The crash caused the roadway to be shut down for a period of time.
Officers said two people in the other vehicle as well as the driver of the Oldsmobile were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials believe the driver of the Oldsmobile may have fallen asleep at the wheel causing him to lose control.
The accident remains under investigation.
