BELLBROOK, Ohio (WDTN) - The Greene County Prosecutor's Office is now reviewing the final report concerning a fatal crash that killed three Bellbrook High School students.
Sugarcreek Township Police confirmed to 2 NEWS Friday that investigators turned over their final report for review.
Prosecutors must now decide whether any charges will be filed in this case.
Three teenagers, Sophie Kerrigan, 17, Skylar Kooken, 16, and Julianna Hawk, 14, were killed in November 2012.
Police say all three were passengers in a truck that hit a tree along Wagner Road during the early morning hours.
The 17-year old driver recovered from his injuries. A fourth teenager was also injured.
There is no timetable for how long it will take prosecutors to review the report.
