FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - Wright State University has a kissing bandit in its ranks, but one woman is not impressed.
Wright State spokesperson Seth Baugess say a female student was walking along a parking lot when someone grabbed her arm and kissed her on the neck.
Baugess says the victim pepper sprayed the man. The would-be Casanova fled on the back of a waiting motorcycle.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon around 2:30 pm in the area of parking lot 12 and 13.
The suspect who planted the kiss is described as an African American man wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black jacket at the time of the incident.
The second man driving the motorcycle is also an African American. He is described as wearing jeans, a white t-shirt and a brown jacket at the time.
Wright State Police are taking the incident seriously. They want anyone who might have information about the kissing bandit to call them at 775-2111.
