FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - The Greene County Treasurer pleaded guilty to OVI Monday.
Richard Gould crashed his car into a tree near The Greene September 7.
Police reports said he left the scene only to crash into another car on North Fairfield Road.
He was fined a total of $663 for several violations including OVI and court costs in municipal court.
He was also placed on probation for two years and had a 180-day jail sentence suspended.
Court records show a second OVI count was dismissed.
