XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - A Greene County official accused of driving under the influence of alcohol says he's not guilty.
That's the plea county treasurer Richard Gould entered in court Thursday.
According to police reports, Gould first crashed into a tree near The Greene early Saturday morning.
He left the scene and then crashed into another vehicle on North Fairfield Road.
Several witnesses in the police reports said they saw Gould swerving and he appeared intoxicated.
One man is in custody after a police pursuit that began in Franklin and ended in the area of Germantown Pike and Stolz Avenue in Dayton.
