YELLOW SPRINGS, Ohio (WDTN) - Four local charities are the happy recipients of $102,000 thanks to pedal power.
The money was raised at the Young's Charity Bike Tour in July.
Organizers say this year's ride is a record breaker.
"This is our single most successful fundraiser we do at young's all year, its great," said Dan Young, Owner of Young's Dairy.
Storm Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brian Davis and 2 NEWS' Mark Allan were among the many who took part in the ride.
Brian helped out with the check presentations at Barleycorns in Sugarcreek Township.
The charities benefiting are the Alzheimer's Association, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. South Community Behavioral Healthcare and United Rehabilitation Services.
