DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A shooting Tuesday night left a man in critical condition.
Dayton police say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. at the Clark Station at 50 South Philadelphia Drive near East Third Street.
Initial reports said the victim was hit in the chest. He was removed to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment.
We're told the victim is in his mid-twenties and was the driver of a car that stopped at the station. Some kind of scuffle happened inside the car and the shot was fired.
