DARKE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - A Darke County woman was injured after falling out of a moving pick-up truck early Sunday morning.
Darke County Deputies and Gettysburg Fire and Rescue were called to the intersection of East Main street and Clay Street just after midnight.
According to officials, 32-year-old Tina Vititoe of Greenville was riding in the bed of a tan 1994 Chevy pick-up truck driven by 34-year-old Andrew Vititoe, when she fell out of the truck over the tailgate while attempting to get out of the truck.
Deputies said the truck was traveling at approximately 15-20 mph at the time of the accident.
Tina was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital for a head injury. She was treated and released from the hospital.
