GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - Fire broke out in a Greenville apartment building Tuesday.
The converted two story house at 316 Devor St. caught fire just before noon.
The fire started in the basement of three unit building.
All the residents got out safely.
Investigators said the fire caused an estimated $4,000 in damage.
One unit was left uninhabitable.
The cause is still under investigation.
Police will be meeting with prosecutors in the "near future" to determine what charges a person of interest will face in connection with Tuesday's shooting in West Carrollton, officials there announced.
