GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A Darke County man shoots his brother after a heated argument.
The shooting happened just before 10:45 p.m. Friday on Knottingham Way in Sherwood Forest.
Darke County deputies along with the Arcanum Rescue Squad were dispatched to the scene when 30-year-old Kody Clark called 911 saying he shot his brother.
According to deputies, 24-year-old Ky Clark came to his brother's home Friday night. While he was there, an argument erupted between the two. Officers said Kody then shot his brother in the left thigh. Ky was airlifted by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital.
As of 5:25 a.m. Saturday, Ky was listed in fair condition.
Deputies said Kody's eight-year-old son was in the home and asleep at the time the shooting took place.
Kody Clark was arrested at the scene for felonious assault and booked into the Darke County Jail.
Officials are still investigating the incident .
