SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - Springfield firefighters still working to get a fire under control at a popular pub.
Crews were called to McMurray's Irish Pub at 122 East College Avenue around 3:30 pm Friday afternoon. That is a few blocks east of Wittenberg University.
Firefighters say the building was destroyed by the flames. A firefighter injured his arm on a ladder and was removed to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The owner told 2 NEWS that a grease fire in the kitchen got out of control. Four workers were able to get out safely.
He is already making a pledge to rebuild the Springfield landmark.
