CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - All lanes on Interstate 70 eastbound at SR 41 are open to traffic. Those lanes were closed for more than three hours Friday morning due to multiple weather-related accidents.

Troopers tell 2 NEWS 11 cars and 4 semis were involved in the accident.
Several people were treated at the scene and four are being treated at the Springfield Regional Hospital. The hospital says it received five patients. All five were treated and released.
Traffic was backed up for nearly 10 miles as a result of the crash.
2 NEWS spoke with several people involved in the crash who tell us a combination of a traffic backup on the SR41 exit and fog were contributing factors to the accident.
One couple told us they were headed to the fairgrounds to open their booth at the antique show before they were involved in the crash.
