SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A sex offender wanted by the Clark County sheriff has turned himself in.
Roy Kuhn Sr. surrendered at the Clark County Sheriff's Office at 8:30 Friday morning.
Kuhn was released from prison in 2007 after serving time for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
He is required by law to register his address once every ten years.
