SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - Clark County culinary teacher pled guilty July 9, to two counts of sexual battery.
Scott Rohrer is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with student while working as a teacher at the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center in April 2013.
Each count carries a maxim of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Rohrer could also be classified as a Tier 3 sex offender, meaning he would be required to check in with his county sheriff's office every 90 days.
He's scheduled for a pre-sentence investigation hearing Aug. 20 at 8:30 am.
Rohrer has been on administrative leave from the school during the time of the investigation.
